HELP! I have had QoS problems with my phones for the last 6 months.
I have been dealing with the QoS support team with little to no success. Can someone advise how to reach someone in upper management to voice my concerns, and furthermore to help me resolve my ongoing problem? I am fed up with the Philippines call centers that are useless and a complete waste of time. I have even tried calling the head office and NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONES!
I have very little patience left, I am also looking at other providers since this problem with RC has gone on far too long! Any advice would be appreciated!
